Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within fourteen days of the invoice date. Additional payment terms, such as for recurring payments, may be outlined in the relevant service agreement.

In the event that MYRT BERHAD terminates your account, any current or pending orders or payments will be cancelled, and the provision of products or services will cease immediately. MYRT BERHAD also reserves the right to cancel orders or payments at any time before processing your payment or starting the provision of products or services, without stating any reasons.
If MYRT BERHAD cancels an order or payment before the product is delivered to you or the service begins, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to the affected orders. Similarly, if you terminate your account, any non-completed orders or payments will be cancelled, and any related payments will be refunded.
PAYMENTS
All payments for products or services are due upon completion of the order or at the intervals specified in the order, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon between you and MYRT BERHAD.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
When ordering products and services from MYRT BERHAD, you may be required to select specific options (e.g., ticket types, performances, or variants) depending on the product or service being provided. All pricing information for products and services on our website is accurate at the time of posting. However, MYRT BERHAD reserves the right to change prices, fees, or charges, and to alter or remove promotions and special offers at any time.
Prices on the website do not include GST unless otherwise specified. The final price you will pay will be itemized in the invoice and may include applicable GST (6%), delivery costs, and insurance costs, if relevant.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
MYRT BERHAD will use reasonable efforts to achieve a monthly uptime percentage of at least 99.5% for any calendar month. However, service unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance or by events beyond MYRT BERHAD‘s control (e.g., force majeure, Internet outages) will not be counted as downtime.
Support Services: MYRT BERHAD provides customer support via the Internet (e.g., email, live chat) to resolve issues related to the use of the application or services. Basic support is available Monday through Friday during MYRT BERHAD’s business hours, excluding public holidays.
Additional Professional Services: MYRT BERHAD offers supplemental professional services (e.g., on-site support, training, consulting) for an additional fee, which will be specified in a statement of work signed by both parties.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses: You agree to reimburse MYRT BERHAD for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., travel, meals, lodging) incurred in providing additional services.
PROVISION OF PRODUCTS
MYRT BERHAD makes every effort to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of products on our website are accurate. However, variations may occur, and we do not guarantee that all products will exactly match the descriptions provided.
When ordering products, you may be required to select specific options such as ticket type, capacity, or promotional features. Availability of products is not guaranteed, and stock levels are not displayed on our website.
All pricing information for products is correct at the time of posting, but MYRT BERHAD reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove promotions or special offers at any time. Final pricing will include any applicable GST/Sales and Service Tax, delivery costs, and insurance costs as itemized in the invoice.
TITLE AND PROPERTY, AND RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
In a sale and purchase transaction, the title and ownership of the products will not pass to you until the full invoice price for those products has been received and credited into our bank account. Once payment has been received, the title, ownership, and risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you upon the delivery of the products to the courier or shipping company.
For products that are leased, hired, or licensed to you, the title and ownership remain with MYRT ENTERTAINMENT (or the applicable third-party providers, suppliers, or licensors). You agree not to deal with such products in any manner that breaches the terms of the contract, subscription, lease, hire, or license to use the products. Unless otherwise agreed, you are required to insure the products against “ALL RISKS” while they are in your use, care, or control.
In the event that products are provided or supplied to you and you have not made payment for the purchase, subscription, lease, hire, or license fees, MYRT BERHAD (or the product owners, providers, suppliers, or licensors) reserves the legal right to enter your premises and remove the products from your possession.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
MYRT BERHAD will notify you via email when your products are dispatched. The notification will include details of estimated delivery times and any reasons for possible delays in delivery.
Deliveries will only be made to residential or business addresses within Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing. MYRT BERHAD will not deliver products to P.O. Box addresses.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MYRT BERHAD is committed to ensuring a seamless ticket purchasing experience. Please review our return and refund policies specific to online ticket purchases:
- Incorrect Tickets:
If you receive tickets that do not match your order (e.g., wrong event, seat category, or date), you must contact MYRT BERHAD within five (5) working days of receiving the tickets. We will assess the issue and either provide replacement tickets (if available) or issue a full refund through the original payment method. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the incorrect tickets are returned, where applicable, and verified by MYRT BERHAD. - Event Cancellations:
In the unfortunate event that the concert or event you purchased tickets for is canceled, MYRT BERHAD will automatically process a full refund to the original payment method. You will be notified via email regarding the cancellation, and the refund will be processed within [insert time frame] of the cancellation notice. - Event Rescheduling:
If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. In the event you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must notify us within [insert time frame] to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within [insert time frame] and credited to the original payment method. - Refund Requests for Postponed Events:
If an event is postponed but not yet rescheduled, you may request a refund within [insert time frame] after the postponement announcement. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. - Non-Refundable Tickets:
All ticket sales are final for events that are neither canceled nor rescheduled. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to attend, or any other personal reasons unrelated to MYRT BERHAD or the event’s performance.
Ticket Transferability:
If the event allows ticket transfers, you may be able to transfer your tickets to another person. Please refer to the specific event terms to confirm if ticket transfers are permitted and the procedure to do so.

RETURNS DISCRETION
MYRT ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any requests for refunds or exchanges, particularly in relation to the following factors:
- Usage of Tickets:
Refunds will not be provided for tickets that have already been used, scanned, or redeemed at the event venue. - Time-Sensitive Nature of Tickets:
As tickets are typically issued for time-sensitive events, requests for returns or refunds due to personal preferences or scheduling conflicts are generally not accepted unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms and conditions. - Non-Refundable Ticket Categories:
Some tickets may be sold under specific categories (e.g., promotional, discounted, or special access tickets) that may be non-refundable. Please ensure you review the specific terms for each ticket type before purchasing. - Force Majeure:
MYRT BERHAD is not responsible for refunds in the event of cancellations or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies). However, where applicable, we will attempt to secure refunds or alternative arrangements with the event organizers on your behalf. - Fraudulent or Misused Tickets:
Tickets that are suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or misuse (e.g., resale in violation of our terms) will not be eligible for refunds. Additionally, MYRT BERHAD reserves the right to cancel such tickets without prior notice.
MYRT BERHAD retains the right to assess each refund or return request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges where we deem appropriate, in accordance with the above conditions.

YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
MYRT BERHAD makes no warranty or representation that Our Websites, or our products and services, will meet your requirements, that they will be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, non-infringing, compatible with all computer systems, secure, or that all information provided will be accurate. Such notices will be deemed received three (3) days after posting if sent by mail or upon handover if delivered in person.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Website Conditions and the relationship between you and MYRT BERHAD shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
NON-ASSIGNMENT
You agree that you shall not assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate any agreement between you and MYRT BERHAD to any third party without our express written consent. Any purported assignment will be deemed void.
DISPUTES OR CLAIMS
