The ticket holder is admitted to the event on the condition that, by using this ticket, they agree to the following terms:
- Revocable License:
This ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the venue and attend the event for which the ticket grants admission (“Event”). This license may be revoked at any time at the discretion of MYRT BERHAD or the event promoter. - Restrictions on Transmission of Event Information:
The ticket holder is prohibited from transmitting or assisting in the transmission of any information about the Event, including but not limited to pictures, videos, audio recordings, or reproductions of any kind related to the Event (including pre- and post-event activities). - Event Proprietary Rights:
The venue operator or event promoter retains all copyrights and proprietary rights to the Event and related Event Information. - Use of Likeness:
By attending the Event, the ticket holder grants unrestricted rights to the Event organizers, participating artists, promoters, and affiliates to use the holder’s likeness in connection with any broadcast, telecast, photograph, or other transmission or reproduction related to the Event. - Prohibited Uses of Ticket:
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of MYRT BERHAD. The ticket may not be resold in violation of any local, state, or federal laws or regulations. - Termination of License:
The license granted by this ticket may be terminated if:- The holder violates any of the provisions outlined in this disclaimer.
- The holder is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, using vulgar or abusive language, or violating any other venue rules or regulations.
Security and Inspection:
The facility management reserves the right to inspect and/or search all individuals, packages, and bags entering the premises for safety purposes.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to:
- Being struck by thrown or projected objects.
- Effects from atmospheric elements or strobe lighting.
- Loud noises that may cause discomfort.
If you are struck by or adversely affected by any aspect of the Event, please contact an usher for immediate assistance.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All tickets are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless expressly allowed by the policies of the Event organizer. MYRT BERHAD reserves the right to update policies and procedures without notice.
PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
If the ticket purchaser fails to make any payments owed for a transaction or wrongfully cancels a chargeback with a payment gateway provider, the purchaser remains responsible for the full amount due, including any statutory interest on the outstanding amount, without the need for further demand for payment.
Should the ticket purchaser fail to settle the outstanding amounts following a letter of demand, MYRT BERHAD reserves the right to engage a third-party collection agent or law firm to recover the owed sums. In addition to the amount owed, the ticket purchaser shall be liable for all collection costs, legal fees, and any judicial interest prescribed by law.

Attending the Event may involve risks, including exposure to potential hazards. MYRT BERHAD and the event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or loss that occurs at the Event.
